Cheaper does not mean lower quality

Cheaper doesn't always mean lower quality. I am always a fun of buying cheap items. Whenever I want to buy something, I would visit all the department stores in our city and canvass for the cheapest item that I need. The first question that I am going to ask to the saleslady is to give me all the cheapest available items that I need. And start sorting out the best from the cheapest. That is also how the government agencies here in the Philippines would procure an item. One must canvass for the cheapest item. Probably, because it is the wisest procedure on buying things and the best way to save your hard earned money.
One famous store that I know is Apogee, it sells a variety of great products at great prices. You can buy computer equipment at the lowest price without compromising the quality of the product.
