  2. How discriminating is the item- discriminating index
  3. How effective are the distracters- effectively

  1. Among the score from highest to lowest- total no. of test papers
  2. Get upper 27%, lower 27%
Ex. 36 X 27%= 9 where 36 is the number of students

Actual:  52 items X 27%= 14.04
Lower Group(LG)= 9

Difficulty Index= RH + RL/30

HG=15

Total= 30

RH= Number of right answer HG
RL= Number of right answer LG
