Oil Extracted from the Seed of the Bottle Gourd (Lagenaria Siceraria) as One of the Raw Material in Making Detergent Soap

Nowadays, different kinds of soap are the most selling product in our country. Soap has many uses for body, clothes and etc... One common kind of soap is the detergent soap. It is used in making soap to make it clean.
Bottle gourd (Lagenaria Siceraria) is a vegetable which is cultivated throughout the Philippines and is mostly used as medicine. A bottle gourd seed contains fixed oil and saponin. (http://www.stuartexchange.com/)
This study aims to use the extracted seed of Bottle Gourd (Lagenaria Siceraria) as additives in making detergent soap.
