The Final PAS Rating

What you did is your self-appraisal. Your over-all rating, which is the sum of all the ratings for the three components including the plus factor, if there is any, will be reviewed y your immediate supervisor/rater who will in turn recommend it for approval by the Schools Division Superintendents.
