YES-O Spotlight

I've been offered to coach this event for several times but I often refuse because this task requires much efforts. I may join that contest someday that is why I'm keeping this post in my site. Here are the guidelines:

1. There is only one (1) per division to participate in the contest.
2. The YES-O spotlight should touch on the school YES-O's implementation of environmental projects as mandated in the YES-O's constitution and by-laws. It shall also feature the organization's plans and success stories on environmental action and initiatives.
3. The spotlight shall consist of pictures appropriately labeled, video clips, certifications, approved and implemented project proposals, events, publications, reports, write-ups, and other materials that comply with number 1.
4. The spotlight must be presented using MS Power Point Presentation. However, should it require a mix of other applicable programs, the entire presentation should be recorded in DVD format.
5. The presentation must be saved in a CD or USB
6. The organizers shall only provide an LCD projector and a computer to be used during the actual presentation.
7. Only those who are registered and who are members of the school YES-O delegation are allowed to present the spotlight in six (6) minutes. No time extension shall be allowed. Once the time has lapsed, the presentation will be stopped. The presenter shall be subjected to questions by the Board of Judges.
8. Judging shall be based on the following criteria:

Compliance with YES-O Mandate- 60%
Design of Power Point Presentation 20%
Actual Presentation- 20%
Total- 100%
