3 simple steps to flatten your tummy

As of now I'm working on flattening my tummy and I think its working. Here are the things I have been doing lately:
  1. Eat less
  2. Sit properly
  3. When working on daily house hold routine such as washing clothes, lifting objects etc. I'll see to it that the force should come from my tummy or just simply letting the tummy contribute some force on whatever physical activity you are doing.
